A 2D PLINKO time-based game where the goal is to capture as many candies inside the candy cane baskets as possible before time runs out. 

Using Adobe Illustrator to create the individual objects for the game and then transporting all the pieces into one artboard to create a sprite sheet to import into Unity. ​​​​​​​
Sprite Sheet
After importing the sprite sheet into Unity, setting its transparency, and adding a box collider on it to individually separate each object on the sprite sheet, I created prefabs for each to be able to easily move pieces into the game. 

Utilizing multiple scripts to add a timer and create score triggers to keep track of the player's progress. In addition to assigning the candy cane baskets a specific score for the player to gain if triggered. 
Initially like in the gameplay video above, the slider in the center was set on a linear movement but I now updated it so the player can navigate the slider to manipulate the direction of the candy or catch it before it falls to bounce it into a basket. This was done by adding an "OnKeyHoldDown.cs" script. And the music in the video was used in YouTube Studio because no music was added in the game until the update.

Restructuring the design and adding more controllable components for the player, so they'll be able to have more engagement in the game. And adding background game music, and on trigger ricochet sounds.
